- In-Truck Hydrogen Cleaning (New 3 HR DPF Cleaning Process)
- Best for: Light-duty truck DPFs and routing maintenance. Works with most diesel engine applications
- Timeframe: Approximately 3 hours.
- How it Works: This advanced hydrogen cleaning method allows us to clean your filter while it stays completely intact inside the truck.
- The Advantage: There is no need to break the law by cutting your DPF into pieces and welding it back together. It works well with any diesel engine application. Mobile service is available.
   2. Drop-Off; Cleaning (Stage 1 and Stage 2 cleaning)
- Best for: Deep cleaning and filters compromised by external contaminants.
- Timeframe: Overnight service.
- How it Works: Remove your DPF and DOC and drop them off at any of our convenient locations. We utilize a thorough pneumatic (air) flush combined with a precision thermal bake. Pick up and delivery is available.
- The Advantage: Stage 2 baking is highly effective and essential if your DPF has been contaminated with oil or fuel. (Note: While many love the visual look of a filter fresh out of the kiln, a bake is typically only necessary for oil/fuel contamination otherwise, a Stage 1 clean is just as effective)
   3. Aqua Cleaning (Available at our Ontario Shop)
- Best for: An ultra-deep, highly effective wash.
- Timeframe: Overnight service (requires comprehensive drying time).
- How it Works: This specialized liquid flush deeply penetrates the filter substrate to clear heavy soot and ash build-up.
   4. Mobile Air-Only Cleaning Fleets
- Best for: Maximum convenience at your location and fleets on a preventive maintenance schedule. Multiple trucks are required for mobile DPF cleaning.
- Timeframe: Fast, onsite service.
- How it Works: Our mobile unit team comes directly to you to perform a Stage 1 pneumatic (air-only) cleaning, getting you back on the road with minimal downtime.
- Hydrogen Carbon B Gone mobile service is available: Multiple trucks are required.
